Founded in 2012, León, Santillán y Bustamante Abogados is a Law Firm that distinguishes itself by offering first-class legal representation, based on technical rigor, professional ethics, and the strategic defense of its clients' interests.

In 2012, the firm León, Santillán y Bustamante Abogados SCRL was established, beginning its activity with a focus centered on defense in judicial proceedings, arbitrations, and advisory in regulatory administrative procedures.

From 2014, the Firm strategically expanded its field of action towards corporate and business advisory, promoting the specialization of its lawyers and collaborators in business matters, with the goal of providing a comprehensive, preventive (compliance) legal service oriented towards the sustainable growth of its clients.

Currently, the Firm has incorporated as a specialized area legal advisory in technology and artificial intelligence, anticipating and managing the legal impacts derived from digital transformation, process automation, and the strategic use of information.

Likewise, we provide comprehensive legal support in emerging markets and multinational environments, oriented towards companies and investors that require efficient legal structures for the development of investment projects, corporate expansion, and cross-border operations, under standards of legal security, regulatory compliance, and long-term sustainability.
